Cecilia B. Loving served as a Senior Vice President at PBS, where she led initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, appreciative leadership, and restorative practices across the public media ecosystem. As Deputy Commissioner at the Fire Department of New York, she provided leadership in organizational behavior, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Her experience includes roles as Law Enforcement Counsel at the NYC Commission on Human Rights and Counsel at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP. She has also served as an administrative law judge, arbitrator, and mediator. She holds a JD from NYU, an MDiv from New York Theological Seminary, an MFA from UCLA, and a BFA from Howard University. She is the author of several books, including Connecting Through Circles, The Power of Inclusion, and Unbroken Circles.
